Founded in 1971, Lakeview Dental has proudly served the Rice Lake community for more than five decades. Originally established by Dr. Don Cuskey Sr. and Dr. Gerald Fenske, the practice was built on a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment overlooking beautiful Rice Lake.

In 1977, Dr. Mark Waters joined the practice, helping continue the tradition of trusted hometown dentistry. The next generation of care began in 1991 when Dr. Don Cuskey Jr. joined the team, carrying forward the family-centered values that have long defined the office.

Following Dr. Waters’ departure, Dr. Don Cuskey Jr. assumed ownership of the practice in 2012. In 2014, the office underwent a major remodel to better serve patients while maintaining the warm and familiar atmosphere generations of families have come to know.

Dr. Gerald Fenske retired in 2016, followed by Dr. Don Cuskey Sr. in 2017, marking the close of an important chapter in the practice’s history. That same year, Dr. Kyra Larson, a Rice Lake native, joined the practice, continuing Lakeview Dental’s strong local roots and dedication to the community.

Today, Lakeview Dental remains locally owned and family operated, proudly caring for generations of families throughout Rice Lake and the surrounding area with a focus on personalized care, integrity, and lasting relationships.
